Ayamase stew also known as Ofada stew or the Nigerian designer stew. Our ayamase is made with coarsely blended green pepper, green scotch bonnet, onion, herbs and spices. It can be enjoyed with ofada rice or any white rice with a side of fried or baked plantain.

Ingredients

Green Pepper, Green Scotch Bonnet, Palm Oil, Assorted Meat (Beef, Goat Meat, Ponmo and Tripe), Onion, Locust Beans (Optional) Herbs and Spices

Storing and Reheating

Store in the fridge or freezer.
Consume within 48 hours after opening and keep refrigerated.
To heat, put Ayamase in a microwaveable container, cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes, check to make sure it’s piping hot. To heat in an oven, put Ayamase in an oven dish, cover with a foil paper, and heat at 170 degrees C for 5 – 7 minutes or until piping hot.
