Ayamase stew also known as Ofada stew or the Nigerian designer stew. Our ayamase is made with coarsely blended green pepper, green scotch bonnet, onion, herbs and spices. It can be enjoyed with ofada rice or any white rice with a side of fried or baked plantain.

All orders are made in a kitchen that handles egg, shellfish, fish, gluten, nuts, soya bean, dairy and seeds. While we have measures in place to reduce cross-contamination, some of our products may contain traces of the allergens mentioned above.
