Our Vegan Fried Bulgur Wheat is prepared with bulgur wheat, carrot, sweetcorn, peas and spices. It can be enjoyed with a side of fried or baked plantain.

Our meals are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes or BPA-free food-grade resealable pouches. Our pouches are heat sealed to avoid spillages during transit, safe and convenient to store. Our food is delivered chilled in insulated boxes that keep the food chilled during transit.
To heat, pour bulgur wheat in a microwaveable container, cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes, check to make sure it's piping hot. To heat in an oven, pour bulgur wheat in an oven dish, cover with a foil paper, and heat at 170 degrees C for 5 minutes or until piping hot.
All orders are made in a kitchen that handles egg, shellfish, fish, gluten, nuts, soya bean, dairy and seeds. While we have measures in place to reduce cross-contamination, some of our products may contain traces of the allergens mentioned above.
