Plantain, Gizzard, Pepper, Scotch Bonnet, Onion, Cooking Oil, Herbs and Spices

Storing and Reheating

Store in the fridge or freezer.

To heat, pour dodo gizzard in a microwaveable container, cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes, check to make sure it’s piping hot. To heat in an oven, put rice in an oven dish, cover with a foil paper, and heat at 170 degrees C for 5 minutes or until piping hot.
